What if you could invest in a moringa farm that gave you a ?% annual return and offset your carbon emissions by simply purchasing a set of NFTs? Would you be curious?

The world is changing and we find that incredibly exciting. It turns our brains on and makes us wonder about the possibilities. Having played around with “web3”, NFTs, defi, and crypto, we’ve learned a lot and it got us thinking as to how we could apply what we’ve learned to our Plant More Moringa project.

The result is part game, part investment. Here is how it works:

The game functions as a cross between two popular games Pokemon and Farmville.

From a Pokemon point of view, you collect cards that have certain functions and which must be used together to result in a crop. Instead of battling against someone as you would in Pokemon, you play your cards together to “build your farm”.

You start by selecting your lease terms, 5 years, 20 years, and 100 years.

You then purchase various other assets such as fencing, seeds, and fertilizer. You hire staff to fence off your land, plant the seeds, and install irrigation. If everything goes to plan, your lot will be harvested. The moringa seeds can then either be sold raw or processed into moringa oil for local or export markets. When this happens, the wallet which holds your set of NFTs will then be credited with an airdrop for the value of the year’s harvest.

You can then either cash out your yearly airdrop, reinvest it into more land and more moringa trees or simply save it.

You can sell and trade your cards at any time on secondary markets. In order to receive your annual airdrop, you must hold onto all of your cards for the entire year.

We have purchased a 250-acre lot located near Dodoma in Tanzania with the approval of locals and have leased it from the Tanzania government for 100 years. We decided on Tanzania as it is a safe environment with a stable government. Tanzania also attracts many tourists every year who come to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, visit the Serengeti or swim in the pristine blue waters of Zanzibar.

The total game is comprised of 35 different cards which are available in varying scarcities. You can purchase carbon offsets, harvests, or even experiment on your site.

Quarterly updates will be sent to your wallet to keep you up to date.
